777xp Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777xp" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 777xp online gaming platform accessible at 777xp.ws and all associated services, features, and sub-domains operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 777xp platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 777xp platform, holding the player's balance, transaction history, and game records.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's 777xp account, denominated in PKR, exclusive of any bonus or promotional credit unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus credited to a player's account in accordance with an active 777xp promotion.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by 777xp before withdrawal of funds or where mandated by the platform's compliance procedures.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the 777xp platform.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all gaming products available on the platform including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, Hi-Lo, and Super Bingo.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction where accessing or using real-money online gaming services is prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the 777xp platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any 777xp service, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777xp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 777xp platform and must not register or maintain an account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active 777xp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
• You must be a natural person; corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors are not eligible to hold 777xp accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 777xp or any of its affiliated technology or content providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 777xp platform or any related service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during and after registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

777xp reserves the absolute right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time. Each player may hold a maximum of one (1) account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — regardless of the identity information used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xp login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised the specific action — is your sole responsibility. 777xp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 777xp immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 16.
• You must use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication where offered and keep recovery information current.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All deposits to your 777xp account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

777xp accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. 777xp does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 777xp bears no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your 777xp balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact 777xp support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the status of the first has been confirmed.
• 777xp reserves the right to reject or return any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are not using the 777xp platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and must match the method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. 777xp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before processing commences:

• The player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved. Unverified accounts will not receive withdrawal approval regardless of balance amount.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn must be fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request.
• The account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or fraud flags.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval confirmation. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are subject to standard inter-bank clearing timelines, which may extend to three (3) business days. 777xp is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure outside of its control.

777xp offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, rollover (wagering) requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The maximum bet permitted while bonus funds remain active is stated per promotion. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided by the bonus terms upon successful completion of wagering requirements.
• 777xp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonuses already accepted by players are honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering patterns, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games available on the 777xp platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, Hi-Lo, and Super Bingo — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

777xp is committed to fair play and utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game categories. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities operating under internationally recognised gaming standards.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 777xp's system logs constitute the authoritative record of the round's outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on cricket and sports markets are subject to the specific event rules stated in the sportsbook interface. 777xp follows internationally accepted rules for void bets, abandoned events, and late result confirmations.
• Manifest errors in odds, payouts, or game outcomes — including typographical errors — do not create an enforceable right to payment at the erroneous rate. 777xp reserves the right to correct such errors and void affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777xp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance pending investigation, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one 777xp account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime or illicit purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue advantage over the house or other players.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or software agents to interact with the 777xp platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or market results.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 777xp platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals as a means to obtain a financial advantage or to circumvent withdrawal conditions.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other geo-circumvention technology.

777xp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become harmful, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. All 777xp accounts include access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, available from within the account settings area.

The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your total funding activity on the platform.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account remains accessible for review but real-money wagering is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 777xp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Regular on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net wagering position, supporting informed decision-making.

To activate any responsible gaming tool, navigate to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings or contact the 777xp support team. Requests for self-exclusion submitted via email are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and confirmed by return email.

All content on the 777xp platform — including but not limited to the 777xp brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, audio, video, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xp or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777xp content without prior written consent.
• Use the 777xp brand, logo, or name in any external communication, advertisement, or publication without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the 777xp platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, communication errors, or third-party service interruptions.

777xp's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 777xp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, though it takes reasonable and commercially appropriate steps to maintain service reliability and security at all times.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 777xp account by submitting a written request to the support email address listed in Section 16. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method.

777xp may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false identity, age, or payment information.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Your account is flagged during a compliance, anti-money-laundering, or fraud investigation.
• 777xp is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon termination by 777xp for breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, 777xp reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the 777xp platform operates, as notified to players from time to time.

In the event of a dispute, 777xp encourages players to first raise the matter directly with the support team, where the majority of issues can be resolved efficiently and informally. Formal dispute procedures are available for complaints that cannot be resolved through the standard support channel.

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from use of the 777xp platform shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions or consolidated claims are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

777xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notification displayed upon next login.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after communication for material changes, and immediately upon publication for minor clarifications and corrections. Continued use of the 777xp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Archived versions of previous Terms are available from the 777xp support team upon written request.
